Returns, Refunds and Exchange Policy
    Damaged Orders
Customer satisfaction is one of the utmost importances to us. We strive to ensure the best possible quality of our products. Please bear in mind that all of our products are individually hand made and therefore vary slightly from one item to the other. We make every effort to inspect every item before we dispatch it to the customer. In the unlikely event of an item/s shipped, not being to your satisfaction, please contact us immediately via email at info@delightcarvings.com or call (208) 362-3671, so that we can discuss how we can rectify the situation to your satisfaction. If the order is damaged be sure to include your order number, name, phone number, description of the damaged products and the condition of the box. If the package shows signs of mishandling during shipping, save all packaging and contents in the box. Do not throw anything out. We will file a damage claim with the courier and arrange to have the package picked up for inspection. In the meantime, we will then arrange for a replacement shipment or refund you the cost of your order. No credit will be given for merchandise returned or shipment refused for any reason unless prior authorization has been obtained from our office. Unrealistic demands for consistency cannot be met and we require a 15% restocking fee for items returned for being "too different".

We work hard to provide you with the highest quality shopping experience keeping in mind that all of our goods are handcrafted and may differ in color, texture, size and shape. Incase of damaged goods please notify us within 48 hours. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 6 days of receipt and receive a refund minus shipping. However, prior authorization is required to make a return. E-mail us for an authorization request and return details. Upon receipt of your merchandise, we will refund the cost of your order less the shipping and handling costs for the order. Also, you are responsible for your return shipping costs. As we are dealing with natural and hand-carved products, size, design, and color given are approximate, and should not be deemed otherwise. The merchandise must be in good condition and properly packed in order to receive the refund. Refunds cannot be processed for items that are returned in poor condition. In the rare occurrence that an error was made on the order, just notify our customer service within 3 days of receiving the package and we will arrange for a replacement shipment as soon as possible
